So I was running firmware update MRXx20_USB_FW_14095_2018_10_23.fw and it went through first couple of cylces of the update. On the third one it went part way through and amp turned off and thats it. It hasn't powered up again. Just dead. I've unplugged from wall and plugged it back in again and still nothing.

I think Capsico is either the distributor or repair agent in NZ but can't hurt to call and ask. They at worst could point you in the right direction.
