Full credit to Dennis (The Store Manager) at St Luke Bond and Bond. After, I made a complain about my bad customer service experience at his store yesterday. He rang and made some very positive changes to fix the situation. I got upgrade to the newer model without extra charge and while I wait for the TV set to arrive, he has arrange to have a loan TV set for me to use. Well Done. Happy again.

Great stuff Bond and Bond!  Good to see complaints being dealt with not only with an apology but with positive changes.

I know some staff at the St Lukes branch can be a little problematic to deal with.
