Hi all, I have just joined and am starting to assemble the parts for a HTPC. The build is no problem, it will be all the tweeking etc later that will be interesting. Now, I want to use a single philips FM remote to do everything including control the AV Receiver, can anyone tell me what I need to look for on a receiver in terms of comms ports to allow it to be controlled from the HTPC? I have a nice slimline Pioneer Receiver but suspect it will not be compatible, cannot remember the model off hand.
