Have you ensured it has the latest firmware loaded? An overheating issue perhaps? Panasonic NZ is usually pretty good sorting issues with their stuff. a quick google found this "Figured out the issue on the player. Turns out the player would shut off because of the internet connection for the bluray live content. I turned that off and no issues. I thank you guys for the help.
