Trying to arrange firmware update of my BenQ TK700STi projector.

This needs to be done through a repair/service centre but all I can see is the repair centres in Australia.

Has anyone in New Zealand gone through this process?

This was bought used so I don't have purchase receipt from the original purchase.

I had a 35" curved BenQ monitor - basically two panels with two controllers but seem as one. One controller developed a fault and I was advised to take to Service Plus for service.

As they didn't have the part I was refunded the full price paid.

In your case you might have to pay for repairs/updates if you don't have a receipt.
