Hi guys.

I need some advise.

I just bought the Philips 42pfl5403 a week ago,
and the ghosting with Hd Natural Motion and
the auto dimming backlight is really pissing me off.

i can't believe i spent this much money on this crap.

tomorrow the technician is coming over to check on it.

what are my rights? are there any way to fix the problem?

if not, how can i refund my money?

do i have the right?

Where did you purchase it from?

If the tech can't fix things to your satisfaction you could try talking to the store where you purchased it to see if they will exchange it for somethig else.

Personally I wouldn't have purchased a TV from a brand that is no longer going to sell televisions inNew Zealand.
