I am currently running my 37" Vizio with an older single core ddr system and this AGP card
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814161080
It is obvious this card can not handle the job....Would appreciate some advise on what to get that would do good with the new formats that will become the standard with time....thanks....

The bad news is that there are simply no AGP video cards that work well with HD formats.

Ideally you need a 8300GS bare minimum which is PCIe. Basically you really need to look at upgrading your whole PC if you want to go down the HD route.
