Hi,

So just got my new tv and hdi and its awesome, was watching last night over HDMI and all was going fine and then black.... nothing, restart eveything, tried a different HDMI cable and i still get nothing?

Now im back on scart. In picture settings it says 'HDMI off', is it HDCP?

Also the phone line is not plugged in.

Can anyone help please?

Cheers.

What source were you using? MySky/Sky+ or a Blu-Ray player? It's very unlikely that HDCP kicked in mid-way through a movie.

Sorry to say it, but it sounds like something's gone bang. Have you got another HDMI source you can hook into the TV to test?

I was using MySKY HDi when it failed.

I got another better quality HDMI cable today, plugged it in and away it went again, so not sure what the problem was, hopefully it doesnt happen again!
