Does anyone know how I can change the Resolution of a mkv video file that has subtitles

I have tried
VirtualDub and VirtualDubMod

VirtualDub doesnt support mkvs and VirtualSubMod doesnt support the subtitles

anyone know what program i can use

omg thank you so much that program is awesome the onlything is it didnt keep the subtitles the subtitles didnt show in the audio&subtitles tab so i choose autoselect but that didnt keep the subtitles

yea it's the best software and it's free. it has extensive subtitles support, i'm sure you should be able to get subtitles going if you persevere.
