hi guys does any one know how 2 broadcast a video file from my computer 2 some friend online

You have a couple of options... You can signup for a service like Orb and invite your friends with Guest passwords, or use the Windows Media Encoder.

Windows Media Encoder will encode a video source and stream it. Other PC or Pocket PC running Windows Media Player will be able to play the video stream.
