Hi there, I have a new Packard Bell computer, when I bought it, it had windows vista on but I was told that I could upgrade to windos 7, this I did and up till now all is good. I tried to make a movie yesterday on windows live movie maker and all was good till I came to burn it to disc, I tried several times but it would get half way through and shut down the computer. Can anyone help me with this please.Yell

First thing you should do is to look into the Event Viewer to see if there's any error message. This will tell us where the error is.

When you open Event Viewer, select Windows Logs, and Applications. After a little bit it will list all messages related to applicatons on your PC.

Look for something with a red exclamation mark and "Error" level - you can also use the Filter option to search for it.
