CYaBro: If I read your post correctly then no, it won't work.
The dual tuner dvb-s card will only accept signal from a satellite feed, you can't connect the coax output from the Sky decoder to it and tune in an analogue signal to get whatever channel is currently showing on the Sky decoder.
If you want to do that then you would need to get a card like the Hauppauge HVR-3000 or 4000 which can take a satellite dvb-s feed and also an analogue coax feed. I think the problem with those cards is that they are a single tuner only so you wouldn't be able to record a freeview channel and the Sky channel at the same time.
