Hi,

I would like to run a stereo audio connection from my HTPC to a Bose SoundDock in another room. I have Cat5 wired in the house and have been looking for a cost effective Balun to do the job. So far I've only been able to find ones that do video as well and all cost $100+.

Can anyone recommend a cheap audio balun?

Thanks in advance.

How's $8.00 each ?

You will need 4, and hopefully handy with a smoldering iron :-)

Or ready made @ Jaycar for $83.00 each:

Does video as well ... you never know, you might just need video as well as audio, one day ...
