Hi,

Just wondering how others are doing the guide import into Windows Media Centre on Vista?  With the removal of some of the EPG scraping tools/websites, and the new  MHEG5 EPG Data grabber I am a little unsure the best way to proceed.

Currently I am doing the Guide Import in the following way

XMLTVNZ ---> BladerunnerPro ---> IIS ---> WMC

This set-up has been fairly buletproof for the past couple of years, but as XMLTVNZ is not able to be supported by Reven, I am going to be screwed if the freeview guide source is ever changed. Anyhow I am looking to have to change the xmlTVNZMarkers.xml file to support C42, so rather than do that, I was going to just change the whole set-up to support the new MHEG5 grabber (if it's even possible)

I am interested how others are achieving the guide import, to work out how I will have to alter my setup.

Thanks in advance for your interest.

I just run the EPG Collector, and then run Big Screen EPG to import into Media Center from the local file created.

Hi Mauricio,

Is that for a Windows 7 WMC or Vista WMC?

I am running on Windows 7. And just checking their website, this is a Windows 7 application only...
