I have a xbox 360 slim acting as a extender for my Windows 7 MC. I have noticed that when playing back DVB-T recordings skipping can cause audio sync issues.
It seems to be if you hit skip more then once you get the issue. If you hit it once or say hit 6 and then skip (for 6 X skip) it is fine. it is only when you hit skip multiple times that it becomes an issue. Stopping playback and then restarting re-sync's the audio.
Has anyone else had this issue and know of a way to resolve it?

I'm getting the same issue, but it doesn't always happen. Some days I can skip backwards and forwards without any sync issues and other days I get it every time I skip multiple times.

Also keen to hear if anyone has a fix for this.

Mike.

I get this too, with my Jasper elite, I tend to live with it, but will keep and eye on this thread for the magic fix!

I occasianally get it on my HTPC with 7MC so i think it's just an MS issue

At least you can use your xbox as an extender - mine connects up fine then disconnects as soon as i ask to play a file.

I never ever get it on the MC itself. Good to know it is not just me. Be better if there was a fix though.

I get it too. I don't think there is a solution unfortunately. Something you just have to live with...

Shame when in every other way it is such a brilliant solution. It really is the only fault I can find with using the xbox 360 as an extender.

Yep agree it is a shame. We've just gotten used to skipping back once after fast forwarding to sync it up again...
