Tonight after switching back to watch tv after playing playstation for an hour or so our myskihdi remote channel buttons and the blue arrows/select buttons stopped working. We can change the channels with the up/down, change the volume, access the planner (although can't move up/down) and switch it onto standby however most of the other buttons don't work. Not happy as was planning to watch harold and kumar goto guantanamo bay however it won't let me enter in the pin.

Any help appreciated, im not sure how to go about resetting the remote etc.

Reset remote= take out batteries.

If that doesnt work, reset the sky box (little red button behind the panel where you put sky card in).

If that doesnt work, turn the power off and restart it.

I have had this happen when the remote batteries run low.  Not on MySkyHDi but on another manufacturer's remote control.  It produced some really confusing and bizarre behaviour until I replaced the batteries.  So probably worth a try if the problem is still there.
