trying to play some high def rips on my pc at the moment, got a few the ones with Ac3 audio play fine but onces with pcm audio I just get static or no sound at all through my tv speakers??

 attached a screenshot of the properties of the movie file...have tried pretty much every codec and media player with no luck...if anyone could help that would be awesome! cheers
