Are we able to view these in NZ off the Optus D1 satellite, and if so, what are the frequencies needed?

My best guess is they can probably be picked up in Northland and Auckland with a dish of at least 5 or 6 metres in diametre.

you could probably get it with a large solid dish (3m+) but that isn't even a certainty.
