I want to set windows media center to output audio via the HDMI cable to my tv and all other sounds out the analog speaker output on the back of my pc. Any one know a way to do this? I'm sure it must be able to be done as in windows media player you can select which device you want sound output from and have other sounds going out the default device.

Some info on pc.
Win7 Professional 64bit
HD4870 Vdeo card.
EP45T-UD3LR Mother board.

Any help would be great

Thanks

Not when I looked, and I was critisized for wanting to have WMC stop screwing with the master volume control.

Have a look at the Audio Renderer Updater, it allows to change output device within Media Center and reset it when exiting.
