Might not be the right place for this but... I'm looking for a pci or usb sound card that does optical out and will play DTS, AC3 sorround sound etc.

There are lots of cheap cards on trademe but I'm not sure they will do what I want. Not looking for anything high end. My amp doesn't have HDMI switching so that's a bummer.

Can anybody suggest something? I've only got 5.1 also.
