I'm not so good at this stuff so here it goes.  I have a D-Link DWA-140 wireless adapter plugged in to my Vu+ Duo box and I am having trouble connecting to my network.  I did a network test and this comes up:

Lan Adapter - Lan connection
Local Network - disconnected
DHCP - enabled
IP address - unconfirmed
Nameserver - inconfirmed

I'm not to sure if the box is actually reading that the usb is actually connected.  I'm not to sure what to do next.  Can anyone tell me what to do?

Plug it into a PC or laptop and see if it gets a network connection.

Unless there is something specifically in the manual about a wireless adapter working, it just wont work. Wireless adapters generally require drivers to be installed or a part of the system and you cant install drivers on a set top box.
Best bet is to run a network cable to the box
