I'm looking for feedback from anyone who's added Panasonic's Skype camera to their TV.

1) Is it any good, say in comparison to a webcam / computer setup?
2) Is it easy to use for non-techo people?
3) Any other comments?

Many thanks!

I have a 50" Panasonic and the HD Skype Camera. There is no setup, you simply plug it in. Works very well. Video and Audio Quality is excellent and I use it for keeping in touch with the parents. Certainly easier than firing up the laptop and the big screen is nice.

I got it free with the TV, so not sure about cost justification.

Does these TVs have some kind of sleep mode with Skype still enabled so that it would wake up when you get a call?

Excellent, exactly what it needs to be if I get it!

Yup - you don't need to be in the Facebook app for someone to call you...
I think there's an auto-answer feature too?

The TV doesn't sign into Skype when it's turned on, you need to do this each time which is a pain in the bum with the Panasonic 50" which I have. It's more designed for you to call people, rather than them calling you from what I can take from it all.
