hi,
after buying a media player, and getting my hands on a 15m network cable for $3 from the hospice shop i felt inspired to setup an UPNP network, Ive already connected it to the default UPNP software on windows 7 but i cant say its very useful, i was wondering if anyone knew of some good UPNP software preferably free.

by the way i have a kworld m200 connected via LAN cable on to a Thomson telecom wireless router.

If I understand you correctly, and i'm not sure I do, you could try PS3 Media Server. It's a DLNA server, I use it to stream video from my PC to my PS3 or my Samsung TV, so it should work for other devices too.
