Hey guys, in need if some help here.

I'm interested in setting up a Netflix account here, since it's restricted to the US. Whats the best and easiest way to set it up?

Do you not need a US address while registering?

I'm guessing a VPN is probably going to be the easiest, but what VPN would you suggest?

What's your personal experience with NetFlix in New Zealand?

I'm living in Auckland CBD but only getting about 9.4Mbps, would this be enough to run through the VPN and back to me for good enough streaming?

Any help is much appreciated =]
Thank You

I have been trialling Netflix through TCL cable. Though speedtest locally says 15Mbs of course once you get out of NZ, it drops dramatically. Netflix looks at your speed and sends down the stream that best suits what it finds. For me that is almost SD quality so it's not that flash.

Kids have been watching it a bit since they don't care about quality (this is using the PS3 as the client) but I don't find the content that compelling so will probably ditch it after my month's trial has ended.

No experience on a VPN - I don't use one. But if you look at other forums here folks have been viewing Netflix and Hulu both using and not using a VPN.  There are many ways to skin a cat :)
