Hi guys

I have previously been using EPG Collector 2.something to collect my epg data and Guidehound to import into Windows Media Centre.

A little while ago I updated to EPG collector 3.1 and tried using the import into media centre function. This all worked fine except in media centre I now only have the option to record a show, but not record series. So I went back to using Guidehound to import the data.

Yesterday I did a fresh install of windows 7 (for other reasons) and have tried again to solely use epg collector and get the same thing, can only record an individual show not set series record.

The location of the parameters and output files is still default, I have not changed or ticked anything on the advanced tab, all expected channels scanned and available, the only thing selected on the output tab is to import data to windows media centre directly. I have not selected any of the other general options about episode tags etc. Do I need to pick one/some of these? Is there something else I need to set up, or can it not do it yet and I should go back to Guidehound?

Cheers

Paul

If you install fixpack 2 from Sourceforge it will fix this problem.

It will also give you the ability to import the station logos.
