Possibly the same reason why EPG collector seems to have stopped working

so you don't know the reason? but if both have stopped working it doesn't look good for our EPG's

I would not think so (although not impossible). EPG collector gets it's data from the DVB-S or DVB-T stream same as your Freeview or Sky STB. Haventech scrapes TV web sites for its data.

To the OP hopefully the guy who runs the Haventech site will see your post and have a look. It does go down every so often but he has always got it back up and running before D-dayWink

It's not looking good, the root of his haventech website is 404'ing now. I'm on TCL cable and don't have a satellite dish so the EPG Collector isn't an option for me to get the Sky/Cable TV listings.

Well I've been panicking for 5 days now.  I have a bad felling about this.  Looks like I may need to buy a DVB-S TV card just for the guide.

Whew - thanks Spud. Have no doubt that my wife would have a very slow, painful death in mind for me if it fails...! :(

I and many others will be waiting in anxious anticipation.

If it's a money issue, I'm more than willing to chip in - it's a brilliant service that's provided to us.

yea, I would be hung out to dry if it disappeared as I used it to convince the wife to let me have a MCE PC on the TV instead of a PVR.

It's insane the tv stations don't like EPGS, it makes no sense.  It encourages us to watch their station as we know whats on!

I hope it's back tonight!  There should be some form of paypal donations or something if it's a money problem, I'm sure we could gather up the funds to help out.
