Just bought a brand new Samsung 32 inch from Bond and Bond on the 26 th of last month for the spare room.
It has now developed a problem where it will now turn itself on and off while watching a movie or playing a game.
This is the second week I have it ... do I contact Bond and Bond about it ? what is the procedure I need to do and what are my rights ?

Yep back to bond and bond, they need to put it right in a reasonable time or replace.

Is it connected to a DVD / BluRay player or computer via HDMI?
If so... it could be a faulty cable causing the TV to think that the device should shut down.
However, if it's not - well get it back to Bond & Bond for a fix.
