My DVBs card seems to have given up the ghost so as a fix I have started using HTechs xml guide. Although the data was current for today, I've noticed it is missing a bunch of the newer channels like MTV Classis, Nick Jr, soho, Disney Jr, etc and still has old stuff like TVNZ6 and Fashion TV on there.

Am I missing something here or is that the way it is? Any way to get these in the mean time without epg grabber?

what are you using, card-wise (bgt3540 dual dvbt+dvbs)? and htpc-wise (MCE with a SKY set top box)? And what channels do you need?

one option would be to get someone else here to give you a link to a file they created themselves

I think the programmes entries are all there, but the channel entries are out of date or missing for the newer channels. For example SOHO has a channel id of X049B in the xml.

Yup, that's the kit Im using but the DVBs seems to have given up the ghost and I haven't had time to really look into it.

I'm missing the epg for Nick Jr. Disney Junior, TVNZ Kidzone, MTV Classics & France 24 (english). I wasn't aware of any other files being shared but my pm box is open :)
