Quick question, but are the older Transonic (silver models - dont have a model number as its at my parents place a couple of hours from me) DVD players multizone? I want to get them some DVD's from overseas, but would hate to find out they can't play them when they arrive. If they aren't MZ, can they be made so quite easily?
I have one of those Transonic machines here, not in current use, had to replace a couple of electrolytics in it to get it going.
Tried it out, and it will play a region 2 and a region 0 DVD. I guess it will also play region 4, as it was bought in NZ, but I don?t have a region 4 DVD to try. Sounds like it is region free. No region 1 DVD to try either, sorry.
