Hi there and thank you for reading this post.
I have been reading lots of reviews on HDTV cards and to be honest it is pretty confusing trying to pin point what latest cards could do the best job.

ATI or Nvidia

Please if you have one of the latest graphics cards in your HTPC that enables your setup to Play HD gaming on the big screen and Dual tuner use as well as capable of doing 3D and Blue-ray, please let me know what is your experience with your card and what brand and series is it and I will thank you for your thoughts as
I have been given $$ to buy whatever I want and I want one of the latest cards,

It sounds like you are after two separate things, a dual tv tuner and a graphics card.

Any basic card these days should be fine for outputting Blu-ray content, the 3d however is a different kettle of fish.
3d requires a fairly decent video card (Radeon 6950/Geforce 560ti or greater but this isn't a firm line in the sand.), I think Nvidia have more support for games in 3d but it will depend on the specific titles you are looking at.
3d compatibility may also be an issue depending on if your existing 3d screen is compatible with the video card you choose.

As far as the tv tuner goes I can't give much advised there as I haven't dealt with them at all for years, hopefully someone else will be able to suggest an option for that for you.

Poll: thanks for reply and the Geforce 560ti looks very good and capable.
about the tuners i already got two hauppauge. I just want better gpu with 3d gaming on HD screen.

Ok in that case just look at video card's, read graphics card reviews comparing frame rates with the games you want to play, I'm guessing the rest of your pc will not be a bottleneck, but without knowing what you have I can't be sure.
3d has a performance overhead so you may need a more powerful card than the 560ti, especially if something like Battlefield 3 in 3d at full quality settings is your target on a 1080p 3d tv.

The 560Ti WILL struggle with BF3 in 3D.

You'd need something like an overclocked EVGA GTX580 SC or similar to be able to maintain the high settings in 3D...
