Hi There!

Is it possible to get a wireless keyboard for these TV's? I read somewhere you can get your iphone to act as a keyboard, and they have a 1st gen ipad which would be ideal perhaps.

Anyone done this and can give me a heads up?

It has a USB Port, wondering if a standard USB wireless keyboard would work?

Cheers

That should be what you're looking for I think.

I've got that TV and use my iPhone as a keyboard with the Media emote for iPhone app - you will have to do your own research to see if it works well on an iPad though.

I don't think a standard USB wireless keyboard would work?.

The next question is how do you get rid of the ads?? It's free software so no way to pay for a full ad-free version!

Opinions are my own and not the views of my employer.

I believe the only TV brand currently available in NZ that can take a USB wireless keyboard would be Panasonic.
Samsung have said 'watch this space'... but have never updated their firmware to allow their TV's to run with one. At CES, they showed Bluetooth keyboards with integrated mouse pads. That could be a nice options if you own a Samsung TV / wanted to connect to your Bluetooth capable HTPC.
