Hi Inphinity. 1) Yes some graphics are lame, we don't really get cool banners so I am stuck getting them somehow done. Time < Work 2) Categories missing, they will come over time, we are still in the phase of adding all products. We will not offer PC Games at this point. Get a better name and domain(ie buy gadgets.co.nz from the owner or something if you can come to a arrangement), gadget kiwi does not really stick in the mind for me and does not sound that professional if I came across it via PriceSpy or Google.

I think you need to be more upfront about shipping costs etc.. Also, what payment methods you accept e.g. credit cards etc. I see you have a Bitcoin logo on your homepage. But, if you mouse over, there is no information. Not everyone knows about Bitcoin.
It is very annoying for a customer to checkout and then find they can't complete the transaction.
Also, I saw a previous poster said you are using Paypal.
Twice in last week I have attempted to use my credit card with a Paypal validated site. Each time rejected. I have checked with my credit card company and there was no issue. They had no record of any transaction attempt.
I don't have any faith in Paypal as a credit card checker and I don't want to have to join Paypal just to buy an item.
Yes richms, I can provide SDOC required as per NZ law. Might be loceff13, yet they were crystal clear marked as such and follow NZ law. Removed the products anyway, not worth the stress.
