lol Jonathan
my Medium house roast blend is sold at many cafes around Auckland.  I think it is my favorite as well.  Its a blend of quite a few single origins.

So, for those who ordered, what's the verdict?

Thanks, yes its a work in progress.  At the moment I am trying to find a really dark roast to offer, there are quite a few coffee drinkers who like more of a hit with their coffee. I might end up doing a few short runs on some different roasts, to see if any cut the mustard.

I ordered the medium house roast and I'm really sorry to say, I don't like them.  Comparing to the Nespresso samples that came with my machine, the house roast seems very weak. Even on the lowest delivery setting, they run clear within a couple of seconds and don't have much flavour or intensity at all - maybe there are some stronger ones I should be trying?  Disclaimer, I'm by no means a coffee guru so I'm not really qualified to make an expert review so take this as a general consumer opinion.  Others I have tried have been LOR which were great.. much more grunt to them.  I'm going to try mycoffeecapsules.co.nz next as I hear they are pretty good.

As a daily drinker of Coffee Can's coffee, I find this to be a load of crap, not once in the 6-8 months that I've been drinking their coffee have I ever had the results that you claim to have encountered.
Seeing as you mention two brands here too, yet only one website, I think this is a albeit shoddy marketing scheme. Seeing as this isn't your thread, I think the mods can remove this post as it breaches FUG.

Edit: Just by the way as a little PSA, I've found from a bit of market research that mycoffeecapsules.co.nz import their stock from overseas, and the stuff that I tried was expired. Shameless plug was shameless.

I'm sorry. People were asking for an opinion so I gave an honest account of my experience. I didn't realise I was breaching any terms or conditions of this forum. I'm not affiliated with any of these coffee capsule companies so it was in no way intended to be a plug for anyone. Sorry if I have offended anyone so feel free to remove my post if it is out of line.

You were not in breach. I did not find anything wrong with opinions issued in this thread.

Well nbroad, sorry you didn't like the coffee.  I object to the statement that it runs clear in a couple of seconds.  Total rubbish.
Thanks for giving us a try though.  You can actually see a video of a medium house roast and a organic one run on facebook.com/coffeecanz if anyone is interested.  Just to prove nbroads experience is incorrect.
