I am new to Geekzone!  However I have in the past used the valuable information and reviews on here that come up when google searching somethings.
I have worked a variety of jobs over the years but have just started up a small business filling Nespresso coffee capsules, with NZ roasted coffee. My coffee is locally roasted by an award winning roaster and the capsules are 100% Nespresso compatible. My business is called Coffee Can.
I imported a machine from china that fills the capsules for me, its been a huge learning curve.  I always thought myself a quick learner with technology however zero experience with machines up until now.
So thats my story! Thanks for everyone on here who creates this awesome resource.

Hi Erin,

Great to see you offering both fairtrade and decaf options - the two types of coffee I purchase. (If only that was a fairtrade decaf!) And that it's NZ-roasted coffee... These elements take me one step closer to that of actually buying a Nespresso machine.

I'm used to grinding beans as I need them, and feel that has a significant impact of the flavour - I recall reading that one of the ways the coffee in the original pods stay fresh is they're filled with a gas (nitrogen?); how long will the coffee in your pods stay fresh for if they don't use such a method?

Cheers
Jonathan

Do your suppliers grind it for you or do you grind fresh before filling?

EDIT: How rude, Welcome :)
