Hi all

I recently joined up and have been grateful for the advice I received (albeit indirectly) from various people and their advice to others as I built my HTPC.

I am pleased to say that the project went well (hardware wise) and I am still in the process of sorting the software and remote side of things in order that my wife doesn't want to push me under a bus every time she turns the system on.  But I am getting there and will post if I need specific assistance.

So I am here and enjoying having a robust tech focused place to meander locally.
