SO thought I better introduce myself, after being a member for nearly 3 weeks.

Hi, I'm Selina, and I'm not an alcoholic.

"Hi Selina" - I hear you all say.

I work in IT, and I am studying IT, and when I go home I am doing IT assignments and checking work related emails.

Needless to say, my life is revolving around it, at the moment, pun not intended.

I'd like to say that I have some flash, fancy job title, but in reality  I don't. I was a maternity cover in Admin and when my time was up, the IT Regional Infrastructure Manage came and saved me with a new role she pulled out of God knows where with the obscure title "Technical Assistant"

"What does a Technical Assistant do" - I hear you say.

Well, I do User Account Terminations, Provide Training to the Helpdesk, Support a Joint Venture within our company, do some low to moderate SharePoint development (Front End, of course), iDevice Support, Mobile Management, Service Request Management, and currently I am working on the AUS/NZ iPhone Deployment project as a resource. We are rolling out approx 330 iPhones over the next two weeks. I have written and re-written the process about 532 million times with all the Apple iOS Updates and App updates. Screen shot after screen shot.

Note to all: Stick to BBs. iPhones are horrible to implement to more then 2 people.

So I guess you could say, I am a Jack (or Jill) of all Trades. I just call myself System's Admin, which is what I'll be called in about 3 weeks when my contract changes :D

Anyway, feel free to ask me anything, I'll try to answer as best as I can.

Welcome to Geekzone!

If you don't mind me asking, are you using anything other than Apple tools for the iOS deployment?

Hiya - actually we are doing it the old fashion way - iTunes and a MDM server.

Although, actually today we did discover a batch script, however it can only be run on an Mac - there are only two available, and good like trying to get those out of the Devs hands.
