Been on here a good while now, and realised I never did an intro post! Or if I did, I don't remember. So here goes.

As you may have gathered, I work at Orcon as a Voice Engineer. Our team runs the softswitch and the other bits comprising our voice network.

In my spare time (ha!) I drink good beer with mates, run a beer blog, muck around with electronics projects which are never finished, and tinker around the house on DIY projects (also never finished!)

Woohoo! A fellow brewer....

I currently have a Yorkshire Bitter and a Pear Cider bubbling away in the barrels.

Stock in the cupboard consists of Wheat Beer, Canadian Blonde, Tyneside Brown, Apple Cider, Blueberry Cider, Pear Cider, Raspberry and Lime Cider, Feijoa Wine and Kiwifruit Wine (which may be going to end up more like a schnapps....), and an alcoholic Ginger Beer.

I brew faster than I consume, although mates help me reduce my stock every now and then...

Maybe we need to start a home brewing thread.
