Hey there, I just joined up to ask a few questions about Telstraclears Digital TV, and given how prompt, friendly, and informative people seem to be around here, I believe I may stick around, so I figured I'd introduce myself.

I've been using computers since around the age of 4, playing sopwith on my dads old 15kg "luggable" (with integrated printer Surprised), and became a true computer geek around the time he got one of the original 12.5mhz IBM PC's, playing games, and generally messing around with them. I'm studying Computer Science at UC, and work part time doing systems and network administration for a charitable trust with a small network of around 30 PC's. I am a big fan and user of Linux, particularly the Gentoo distribution, and one of my hobbies is trying to install it on everything possible (so far I've installed it on my router, PS2, Xbox, and whilst not linux, have installed an open source firmware/os on my old mp3 player).
