Hey everybody. I'm Whiteb0b

I have been a reader of the forums on and off for a while now but figured I should finally create an account.

I run a Lan Party in Auckland called EchoLan. http://www.echolan.co.nz/ have been running it for nearly 4 years now, I've been into the LANing scene for a LOOONNGGG time. Which is where I focus most of my tech knowledge and interest.

Mostly I'm a gamer though. With a collection of both modern and classic video game consoles, that's where I spend most of my free time outside of EchoLan. Refurbishing and playing the classics :)

During the day I work at MediaWorks in their Tech department, and I used to work for Revera (Before the Gen-I buyout).

Hi Bob, and welcome

You'll find a wide variety of folks here - some geeks by profession, some by hobby, and some because being a housewife is boring ;)

I'm sure you'll find other classic gamers here, but keep looking around and ask questions in relevant threads when you're stuck on something else

<- don't ask me where I am - I haven't a clue: its a tech thing ;)
Housewife computerer: not particularly great at either.
And don't take me too seriously.
