Hi all!

Somehow, despite my inherent geekiness, I've only now stumbled upon this site. Got some catching up to do.

I'm a software developer by day (and many a night....) and stodgy British TV watching geek after hours. The stodgier / grittier the better!

I'm also into multimedia stuff such as 3D modelling, digital art, and music composition on my PC (or at least, I was until Vista pretty much rendered my soundcard useless).

I'm also heavily into books, both fiction and science / philosophy works - one of my aims is to keep good old-fashioned books alive in this increasingly digital age of ours (etc, rant, etc.)
