in the interests of ethics and all that, am a journo, based in the Pacific most of my life, but recent years in New Zealand. Born in Oz, so hold that against me, but never lived there and have a Kiwi mum, so don't hold it too tightly ;)

Am firmly in the more-I-find-out, the-less-I-know category when it comes to tech. My approach to advocating for greater use of IT since 2004 has been to encourage use of simple approaches, so a fan of Wordpress, not Joomla etc. Too many sledgehammers being used on too few walnuts, in my view.
