Hi everybody

- Hell where do I start - I've been around computers since DOS days but I'm one of those that tend to learn just enough to solve/learn the software for what I want to do next. In the past I have done a little desk top publishing but my main interest is sound. Ihave been a full time commercial broadcaster for more years than I care to think about (about 40) and have used the computer for sound editing fairly regularly. .... it sure beats using a splice block and cutter!

One of my my interests is collecting old, and not so old Radio Serials and audio drama - I have a fairly large collection from a number of different countries but I'm always on the look out for more.

Currently my major interest is the making of Audio Histories which is just about to overtake my radio broadcasting time and give me some better hours of work.. I'm not an early morning person!

I only stumbled upon Geeks by accident - but it looks great - I even remember one of your members Johnathon Mosen when he was a kid getting his first taste in Radio on Geoff Sinclairs program when I was working for Radio Pacific - Congratulations Jonothon on acomplishing so much ...

I have an internet connection query but I think one of the other forums is where I should place it

Cheers

HG
