Having looked from afar I thought I might as well sign up for Geekzone and start getting involved! 

I've always been a geek, probably because I grew up in Silicon Valley and still go back and visit but I've been living in Auckland now for just over a year, and before that I lived in Christchurch. I'm well into my android phones and desktop computers but I work as a professional videographer. Camera equipment is a whole other rabbit hole to jump down and geek out on. I use to work retail for Samsung.
