I'm an old hack who still primarily codes in COBOL....hows that for fun?

As on old hack I like old school music from the 80's including the smiths, femmes, cure, mode....etc

I run a variety of Windows PCs.....and I like the evil empire.....even have an Xbox 360 that keeps the TV warm....had to draw the line at a Zune as the iPod is a masterpiece of design.

You don't need to be old to know COBOL... I have been in IT for the last 24 years.

Yeah they had cars.....with engines under 1300 cc......well that was all we could afford......

Feels like wqe have gone back to those great old days of high petrol prices.....soon we will have days where we aren't allowed to drive our cars!!

As for COBOL....some good things last forever!
