So, I've been doing a big ol' lurk (and the occasional post) around these forums for a number of years, and thought I'd introduce myself...

I'm Sam! I'm here to learn more about networking and figuring out new and interesting things I can do with some on-prem equipment that I've recently gotten a hold of. I've recently installed my first bit of Ubiquity kit thanks to michaelmurfy's excellent tutorial, and am looking to branch out to start getting some access points running at some point in the future.

I've got a passing interest in Cybersecurity and am occasionally found learning how to break things on TryHackMe, but I'm looking to worm my way in to Cloud computing in the immediate future.

Mainly just to chat with other likeminded people who enjoy networking - My wife can only handle so much of my technobabble 😁

But in all seriousness, I recognize this as a place where a bunch of very talented individuals hang out - I'm just hoping to effortpost my way in to getting a good on-prem server farm going and maybe getting and providing a bit of support here and there.
