Hey there, joining 'cause of the often entertaining, often interesting stuff posted about the different ISPs, I used to work on the helpdesk of a major ISP, hehe, so I suppose I could help with that side of things...

@tonyhughes - username is just something random I came up with, basically. When I thought of it I was thinking of how I often tend to ask questions that wouldn't usually be asked, slightly off centre I guess.
