My name's Paul and living in Auckland.

Was doing "nuts and bolts" IT full time about 9 years ago - boy, hasn't stuff changed in that time - and have had a more business / DBA focus since then. Still like to keep across developments in IT and I love to "tinker". Also like to help friends and family with their IT issues. (A couple run their own businesses so I still get to "play" with SBS, VPNs etc)

Do lots of video editing at home (2 pre-school kids - lots of raw footage). Also trying to convince the wife that an upgrade to our current HTPC is the way to go!
