Hi there,
My name is Sophia, and i'm new to Geekzone (obviously)
I'm 17 years old and am still at school (7th form)
I'm mainly interested in older technology, such as early electronic typewriters, toasters from the 60s, and old school game consoles.
My partner and I collect old consoles (So far we have: Sega megadrive, Sega mastersystem, Sega dreamcast and a nintendo PAL.)
We also like to buy random electronic gadgetry (normally older than 10 years old) and seeing what we can make it do.
My partner is heavily involved in modifying his stereo (recently upgraded to 5 channel)

I'm looking to get into webpage development once my computer is fixed (basically...it's bung)

Other than technology, i'm into New Zealand heavy metal bands, going to gigs, crochet, and pirates.

And if the length of this post doesn't give me away, I talk far too much

Nice to meet you all.

welcome

It is New Zealand's role to send out its bright young men and women to help run the rest of the world. And they go, not hating the country of their birth, but loving it. From this loving base they make their mark on the world.
