Dont care about more than 8GB of ram, but definitely want 4G connectivity,
and a slot to store the stylus. (Took me about 1 day to 'nearly' lose it - if samsung can fit one in the note series, then a tablet should be a shoe-in)

the stylus is a proper pen, it is thicker than the width of the device

what do you do?

ship a crappy dinky little pen

or include a sticky pen loop in the keyboard box

Using a SP3 every day, with keyboard case and pen, I can attest to the fact that a smaller, slottable pen would be a total crapfest.

Keep it how it is and hook it onto the keyboard when you don't need it...or better yet, treat it like a pen and maybe stick it in your pocket or bag when you are on the move!

6 months and I haven't lost mine...or even come close.

Oh the day when LTE is standard! Not going to happen dammit.

Could we even buy Pro 3 with 3G or LTE in NZ? I did not hear of it.

Its totally a solvable problem though. Make the 'pen' oval shaped?. And/Or make the 'slot' open (only partially enclosing the radius of the pen)? etc . .

the pen magnetically attaches to the device. Or clips in the keyboard fold. Or fits in your jacket inside pocket.

buy another device if you want LTE. Numerous choices. OEMs will make tradeoffs that we will not do to maintain thinness, weight and battery life when you have a USB port for modem, MiFi, tethering. Lenovo Helix, Toshiba z20, HP Elite X2 1011, Dell Venue Pro 11 etc

Cloud spending continues to surge globally, but most organisations haven’t made the changes necessary to maximise the value and cost-efficiency benefits of their cloud investments. Download the whitepaper From Overspend to Advantage now.

Yep. IME LTE (and prev 3g) is something that everyone wants standard (including me) but at purchase when faced with an additional $300 most will decide using the phone/plan/tether instantly makes sense now ; ).
