It still says 4-5 weeks on the Apple website, I wonder when that will start to go down. I hope these won't be as hard to get as an iPhone 7 Plus.

I hear people in the USA are just starting to recieve theirs that they ordered on launch day. I want to order one but don't quite have the money for the RAM upgrade yet

Mine has a status of 'In Transit' from Shanghai with a Friday delivery. Looking forward to playing around with the touchbar

Just the USB C to USB adaptor.

Haven't used it and probably won't. But good to have just in case something comes along that I need to plug into it.

Think I'll be getting the Digital AV Multiport adapter (It has HDMI, USB-A and an extra port for charging) if I want to connect a legacy USB device and a monitor.

There are some third party adapters available but i've heard the HDMI doesn't work with some of them, and it stops wifi from working sometimes

I was looking at this more like a more powerful MacBook with a extra port. Don't really need much else

Kinda, Microsoft refunded my SP3 a few months ago (battery issues) and I've been waiting for these MacBooks since.

That's what put me off having a surface. Everyone I know with one has had to have them replaced due to issues like that

They replaced my original with another and it was worse than my first. CPU maxed on edge with absolutely nothing else going.

Glad I got a refund before I chucked it in the bin.

Dont mean to hijack the thread, but wanted to ask a quick question. What were the battery issues with SP3? My sister has one and I just want to make sure this issue doesnt exist on here. You can PM me if you prefer.
